1. General Terms

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are completed within 60 minutes under normal circumstances. 2jljl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 2jljl account.
• A minimum of one (1) deposit must have been made before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus funds that have not met the stated wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

3.4 Currency

All balances, deposits, and withdrawals on 2jljl are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Eligibility

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable multiplier is clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being voided.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

2jljl has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Actions that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using irregular betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and using the platform solely for bonus conversion without genuine gameplay intent.

4.4 Promotion Changes

2jljl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to promotion terms do not apply retroactively to players who have already opted in under the original terms, provided they are actively fulfilling the wagering requirements.

5. Game Rules & Betting

5.1 Game Integrity

All games on 2jljl — including JILI Slots, live baccarat, virtual sports, and sports betting markets — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. 2jljl does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market on the 2jljl platform. These limits may be changed at any time without prior notice, particularly for specific promotional periods or for individual accounts that have triggered risk management protocols.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error, 2jljl reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a system error or software malfunction will not be honoured.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

2jljl cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities without notice.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

2jljl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, 2jljl is not obligated to return any balance held in the account if the closure is a direct result of a breach. Where a closure is initiated by 2jljl for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., regulatory requirements), any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also request the closure of their own 2jljl account at any time by contacting the support team. If the closure request is for responsible gaming reasons, 2jljl will process it promptly and refer the player to responsible gaming resources.
